(More customer reviews)I know that Cadillac was the first real skateboard wheel company, and when I heard they were selling wheels again, I bought a pair, because they were just about the right size for a custom longboard I'm building.Putting them on the board was a HUGE pain in the neck, and I had to literally stand on them to push my Bones Swiss Six into the wheels. (I think that may even have damaged the bearings slightly) The other thing is, they don't take the standard 10mm bearing spacers that come with most sets of bearings, so don't expect perfect alignment.Once you get them on the board, they are pretty fast for their size, thanks to the large plastic hubs, and pretty grippy and responsive, at least for average New England streets.
In summary, they're good if you can get exotic 8mm spacers and have a special press for getting bearings into them, but if you really want performance for the money and want wheels of similar size, check out the Abec 11 No Skoolz, the Kryptonics, or the Abec 11 Retro line.
