(More customer reviews)Xercuff's are great!I have the figure eight resistance but they can be uncomfortable on the ankles.These are comfortable.Sometimes I like very light resistance for hamstrings.These are perfect for a female beginner or for intermediate workouts where you want slight resistance. If you are looking for light resistance then I would recommend the green ones.I have both and they are great.I will probably order the red ones with medium resistance in the near future.
