The high trucks board is higher off the ground, it can help with skating vert and prevents wheel bite. Great for cruising and carving. Designed for large wheels (56mm+). Lo trucks drops the deck closer to the ground, usually lighter, gives more pop, and is better for grinds. Designed for small wheels (50-55mm).
