(More customer reviews)I bought this product for an active seven year old boy who insisted on wearing "heelies" and seemed to always get twigs stuck in the wheels or stuck on cracks in pavement, etc.His knees were so badly scraped that he'd often fall and scrape the scrapes.He was a huge fan of BEN 10, so convincing him to wear the kneepads was not an issue when he saw they were BEN 10.Previously to that, he was anti-pads because he said they were uncool - and so were helmets!They are decent quality and will do in a pinch - certainly better than nothing.He says they fit well and he wears them often and his knees look great now!I'm sure there are better products out there, but they also cost more.I'd say these are worth the money and especially considering the health and safety of any child is more valuable than anything - it's a good investment.

(More customer reviews)My 3 year old son loves this helmet and pads set.It fits him well and is adjustable as he grows.The only issue that we have with it is that the adhesive on the pads inside extends to the sides, so his hair always got stuck to it and pulled when he took it off.We did end up replacing the pads with some we purchased from a local bike store.He thinks the surfer dog is funny and it's never an issue getting him to put it on when he wants to go skating.The elbow and knee pads are not as well made as the helmet and only the circle with the picture on it really offers any protection.Still, I haven't found a better set yet that he'll actually wear and I don't figure that he'll be all that aggressive with his gear just yet anyway.For a three year old, it serves its purpose well.

(More customer reviews)We recently purchased a spiderman bike for our 3 year old & have been looking for a spiderman bike helmet for a while. I was so excited when I found this one- and it indicated that it was toddler size. All the toddler helmets we have tried on our son in stores have fit him (most toddler helmets say they are for either 2-4 year olds or 3-5 year olds).When we received this one my son & I were so excited- it looked so cool & matched his bike perfectly, BUT it didn't even come close to fitting him. One this package it says for toddler - 1 year+ ! It fit my 8 month old better. I was so disappointed that I had to return it (not to mention how upset he was). So, although it looks really cool & matches Marvel spiderman theme, it does not fit a typical 'toddler'.
