Beyond pleased with the quality, detail, design, plus more options for size and color than at the department store. Reminder; if not, piece of advice, please check your size at any department where they have the exact shoes you're searching for even if they're not the color or style you want. They have to be the same brand, but better yet style/item#, then you can never go wrong with being sure the shoes you purchase online will fit you. That's how you prevent returns or exchanges. I was told they would be here a week ago, when I placed my order! The jeans I ordered two nights ago supposedly will be here in the morning, BEFORE THE SHOES I ORDERED ALMOST TWO WEEKS AGO ARE?!
Where are my SHOES?!

I finally got my shoes. The shoes themselves are very well made, the grain of the suede is very fine. The padding in the bed of the shoe almost feels like foam rubber just like the tongue of the shoe. Extremely comfortable. They look and feel very sturdy. I'm happy with the shoes, I am not happy at all with the shipping. 5 stars for the actual product. No stars for the shipping.

My second pair I've now had for almost a month, and they're looking a little better, but had a stain on them when I got them. Not gonna make a deal out of it, since they're gonna get dirty anyway. But I do love them and they look great with everything!
